Respect for the environment is a priority for us so in Stamatiou estate we are promoting recycling and we ask you to help us doing so. We will be happy to inform you of all the disposal locations.

We love our island and make every effort to keep it clean.

We, at «stamatiou estate», recycle up to 90% of all recyclables and we kindly urge you to follow up. Please, feel free to ask us about recycling spots around the property.

In a spirit of saving the island’s natural water resources, we follow an every-three-days change of towels and sheets. However, should you need to do so on a daily basis, please let us know.

We are a purely family run business and all our family members offer their services to the Guesthouse and the Beekeeping Lab of the Estate

Both the luxury studios and the Organic & ISO 22000 certified beekeeping facility are a traditional family owned local business run with love. We are deeply committed to preserve the ambient natural environment of Skopelos island, to our guests and the respectful to the work of our bees!

This luxury studios guesthouse is 50m away from the Sea only. Take a sort walk down to the isolated beach and enjoy your swim. You can reach the beach shortly by a private path under the olive trees.
